About
Donovan got his first camera — a Kodak Gold Disc 4000 — for his 9th birthday. His first mission was to take it on his family vacation to the Smithsonian Museum of American History and capture an image of what he understood to be the first known skateboard. He succeeded in finding it and getting his dream shot only to lose his new camera inside the museum later that day. Failure is a powerful motivator.
